    no im not suing. im not one of those ass holes who sues at every possible chance. they area already paying me extra money for my pain and suffering. as well as paying me for lost wages on that day, new glasses(i got new glasses and rx sunglasses. $600:| ), and they are paying me full NADA value for my truck. which is pretty much un heard of. they usualy pay you market cost which is usualy a good grand or more below NADA value. Not to mention they took about a day to get all of this done.

    You should have took a trip to the ER. That takes you from the $500 - 1000 level to the $1500 - 3000 level for your pain and suffering.
