Im positive its not new, It may have been re run and a follow up was done but like I said, I saw this when it first was on the air, and Deadly says it was April 9, 2004, thats proly about right, I know it was at least 2 years ago.

And it really doesn't matter when it happined, the chick got fucked over..pay her some cash, and then have her come over to see me with that wad of cash so I can give her a fuckin like she never had before .

But yeah...I never heard of this before...that's some fucked shit. At first when I read the first two posts here I was like "cbf, some chick gets fooled by a fake cop and suddenly she has to sue for 200 million of course" ... but after reading about what happened, like with her assistant manager and all of that actually following orders made by a PHONE CALLER who merely claimed to be a cop, cbf she deserves at least 20 million. That's rediculous. SOME of the liability falls on the victim for not seeing that in the training book, but without a doubt...any sort of boss, much less an assistant manager, should have known about this and how to conduct this sort of situation...not to mention a REAL situation if a cop comes in with a warrent or something. It does kindof show how so many people don't even know their own rights, you cant be strip searched without being under arrest ... much less on a phone. The girl, naturally, thought that her employer is supposed to take care of this stuff...and she's of course scared because she's being accused of something she did not do. I have no idea how retarded the rest of them had to be to really follow all of this crap (especially the fiance who spanked her for 10 minutes...WTF?!) and even how the other guys who didn't want any part of it didn't just completely STOP it right there. If any of these people had any comprehension of the law, it would not have gone nearly this far.
