Wal-mart is dumb.

I was in an out-of-town Wal-mart the other day with the father and we were looking around in the electronics section. He picked up four DVDs on sale, two older ones for $10, and two new ones for $15.

I grabbed Guild Wars: Nightfall because it was like $20 cheaper than the Wal-mart where I live for some apparent reason, and my dad was feeling generous enough to buy it for me <3. ONE of the like ten copies was mis-labeled for $10 cheaper than all the others, so I grabbed it.

When we were paying for all these items, the scanner brought up the regular price for GW, but my dad said the tag said otherwise so they gave us the cheap price. Then they forgot to scan the two new movies for $15.

So we leave, and the alarm goes on because two of our DVDs were unpaid for. A lady at the till calls us back, she checks our receipt which clearly says "3 ITEMS" in big letters, then checks our bag with five items, writes a check mark on the receipt and lets us go. Dunno how she fucked that up, but we didn't say anything.

Idiots. Free stuff for us!

I should probably mention the woman working the till where we paid was native. And fat. And probably drunk. She also needed to shave her moustache.

Best Buy also fucked my day up when i was looking for a Xbox 360 game. They told me that to go to another one of their stores and when i got there they said their computers weren't updated and the employee that told me they had a copy at this store was lying. I then went to another Best buy and they didn't have it... and another one and finally got it.
