I dont really understand what you mean given the structure of the sentence. Are you saying you DID understand that I wasn't trying to insult you and that's why you added an L Face? Yet here you're actually questioning whether I did try to insult you. Maybe you mean that you never get offended so you add an L Face...but in any case I don't think you knew I was being serious because otherwise you would have just posted that you did or did not agree.

In conclusion...this instance of an L Face is improper IMVHO. An L Face signifies sarcasm, sometimes used when someone is offended or angary. Your use of it in this case or in any case where you are unsure asto if you're being insulted or if the topic is serious is strickly prohibited per say the laws of teh smiliez.
