way to listen to the video, besides its not all roids that have that side effect.... infact most dont have that side effect, man tits will only occur if the steroid being taken has estrogen in it, a female hormone.

the chance of shrinkage is very little. and shrinkage if it does occur is not a permanent side effect.

Another male specific side effect which can occur is testicular atrophy which is a temporary side effect that is due to decreases in natural testosterone levels inhibiting spermatogenesis. As most of the mass of the testes is developing sperm, the size of the testicles usually returns to normal within a few weeks of discontinuing anabolic steroid use when spermatogenesis resumes.

infact anabolic steroids put the "bad side" effects mostly on the cariovascular system things such as, blood clots, Heart attacks, and if young people take them there is a chance of cardiovascular disease. However the steroids will only effect the heart IF you have a heart problem(possible chance of having it if past family had it)

the liver can be effected too, some of the more hardcore steroids such anadrol are hard for the liver to process, the smart thing to dowould be to take in small doses.

The popular thing with steroids these days is to cycle, usually 4weeks on/4weeks off, that great minimizes the chances of the possible side effects.
