Bit off topic...
My friend has one of those tapes that connect to your portable CD player and plays CDs (dunno what they're called exactly), and he tried hooking is iPod up to it and it worked. I was a bit surprised because he drives an '89 Ranger, and the thing works great.

That's not really a suprise, though. Those have jacks that plug into your headphones...so it just reads through that just as it would through a CD player. That's why my deck has an AUX plugin and I have a cord with 2 of those headphone connection jacks.

Yeah there isn't really any reason why it wouldn't work, but I've never heard of anyone trying it before. I was surprised because his truck is such a piece of shit it barely starts.
