Some Changes

- Sharp text in the chatwindow (top left)
- Sharp text in the console
- Sharp text on the scoreboard (mostly)
- "Waiting for valid spawn positon" is changed to something else
- Observe-Mode is a bit changed:
- "Observing" text is deleted
- The observed playername is now lightblue, larger and where the "Observing" text used to be
- Mapname of the loading map is on the "Loading Screen"
- Loadingpicture (that yellow thing) is thinner ... dunno why I made that
- The text of the files it loads is bigger ... Why ? Dunno !!!

Nothing else is currently coming to my mind .. doesn't matter anyways
