true inmates have access to the internet, but in buk's case i believe he would be banished from using a comp. therefore i think he is still alive but in jail.

Jail for warez and whatnot is possible I'd think, but I voted dead, as much as I don't want that to be true I'm positive if it were anything else we'd have heard from him by now. We should trace his ip and call his ISP and see if we can uncover anything.
