I used to be a uber-nerd when I played CS for almost 10 hours a day in summer. I would have a wrist pad that covered some of my forearm and wrist that would was made to go into a freezer and get cold and then get warm for a relaxing feeling.

If you get it from gaming it pretty much means you have no fucking life whatsoever. CTS started with people who have office jobs and use computers for 8+ hrs a day.
