oh yes they will. well maybe not microsoft.... but ive bitched to another company before and my delivery was schedual to arive in a week.. it got to my house a day later.

theyre just looking for ways to sap the money out of ur walletz.

my phone was messed up 3 days ago, the 2 LCD screens on my razr were cracked so that plasma black stuff went everywhere in it.

i go into a mall where they do these repairs and this was before my football game so i was in a rush.

i asked the guy to fix it. his first words were.. this would take a couple of hours.. then i told him i had to be gone within 45min.

he quickly changed and said ill try to make it 30 minutes... he ended up finishing it in 15 minutes.

they do whatever to try and get money from you.... but also dont wanna lose a customer

My mom actually called for some reason after I told her my Xbox broke, again. She was on the phone for like 30 minutes telling a person from the repair Xbox 360 repair line how bad their product is and how long it takes for it to come back.

It's been 3 weeks too, the first time I sent one back it took 2 weeks. They might just be getting more xbox's in and that could be the problem.

Sorry to disappoint you, but they haven't even looked at your 360 yet. It sits in their warehouse for 4 - 6 weeks before they even look at it and decide what to do with it (either fix it or send you a refurbished one).

Well I've been through the process before. It took exactly two weeks to get it back last time. I havn't known anyone who had to wait more than 3 weeks. The only good thing about MS's service is that they will give you a completely new one back if a 3rd console goes bad.

I'll be getting a xbox 360 probably once the falcon boards are commonplace inside and more progress is made towards being able to replace the BenQ dvd-drive's firmware.
