LOL buk...the place I work for develops hardware/software for ISP's that gives them control of ads and messaging their customers...like if someone is downloading/uploading warezed movies and such, the ISP can flag them and send them notices to cease and desist (which is used to cover their ass because all of the right holders have been suing ISP companies rather than their customers for pirating).

In a product presentation, they said "and when you have one of those rare piraters that basically take advantage of their so-called unlimited internet connection uploading and downloading pirated material day and night, the ISP can bottle their connection and limit what they can do" and I bursted out laughing because I was thinking about you getting a message saying they were bottling your connex and you cussing up a storm about it lolol.

I get the feeling if the ISP were to "bottle" their connection, they'd do it without notification.
