    It appears Vivendi and Activision have merged to form Activision Blizzard.

    Activision Blizzard is a stupid name though. Blizzardvision would have been kinda cooler. It looks like Activision and Blizzard are still going to operate as separate entities under the same umbrella (which is actually best-case scenario because everything is still done the way each team likes but now they have more resources).
