Well I also have a question that someone who has been using uTorrent or to anyone who could possibly know the answer. As I'm not sure what to enable. I doubt comcast would give another warning as they've already, basically said stop using BitTorrent. So should I force or just enable the protocol encryption?

I say force the encryption. And if Comcast wants to get on your ass for using bittorrent entirely, you should tell them you'll take your business to a more competent company.

They really shouldn't be so upset with using a torrent client because it's also used for legit activities (Linux distributions use it a lot, for instance) so it's more about WHAT they found you downloading. Encryption should fix that because they can't see that anymore.
