    Seen part one on PBS a few days ago tbh

    It is to say the least very interesting but honetly I don't know why they call it "Bush's war" when to me it sounds more like "Cheney's war".

    Because Bush is Commander in Chief and Head of State. Therefore, he makes the call to send the troops and he is also the figure head of the US.
