They've had that same webspace for a while. Last time it got hacked/exploited by spammers (probably the RBN) and chaos was going to get arrested for stealing identities. So they made it private and changed the Domain thinking that someone from Gore had done it . They were using it themselves the whole time if you have a look at the dates in the forum, just not allowing public registrations in case someone from Gore tried to frame them again.
