I have no idea how to get rid of the bots, when players are in there all they do is cause a hinderance and clog the already small hallways, and just cause trouble to both teams. Either take them out or give dev password so I can remove them while there is a hefty amount of players and replace them when I leave, or just remove them altogether.

Could maybe give us developer password, make there only be 2 bots and leave the names the same. Then we can all have configs to delete them when lots of people join, as long as assholes remember to add them again when they leave so the server wont go empty?

Theres the possibility the coder might agree to some additional work and maybe do some kind of automated thing. But you never know. When you have a new person come to the Gore scene, it's hard for them to work and get used to people who piss and moan constantly and chant doom & gloom, fire & brimstone when shit isn't working right etc.
