    I think you just have to keep trying. I believe it's something on their end, not yours. Not positive though.

    It will work. Give it some time. They might be patching the server which takes about 2 hours.

    Reasons why:

    - Bad, or no internet connection

    - Servers are taken down for Maintenance, or Patching
