You posted a link to reset a password, doesn't say anything about setting an account. The account I am trying to get rid of doesn't even show up in User Accounts.

i click other user and type in my user name and password.

are you using this computer in a network with a domain? im kind of confused as to why you would be using a user account that isnt on the machine. why dont you just create yourself an account?

The account I sign in with is the account on my computer.

I am talking about a different account that, for some reason, appears when I am trying to login after I reboot.

Username CN=Microsoft Corporation L = Redmond S=Washington C=US

This account doesn't show up under the control panel, just the one that I created.... "kyle"
