    1lb of red beans
    large onion
    bell pepper
    celery
    garlic
    dried thyme
    bay leaves
    tabasco sauce
    trappys pepper in vinegar
    worcestershire sauce
    red and black pepper
    salt

    cooks for about 4 hours then you let it sit overnight in the fridge. man the next day the flavors are 10 times better than the fresh pot. fucking delicious.
