    Yes, we do have a law against this. Normal indecent exposure is a misdemeanor, unless a minor is present then its a felony. Most of the time you have to register as a sex offender as well.

    actually its only illegal to go without something covering the penis/vag. it is actually legal for a woman to not wear a top just like it is for a man. i know this because a buddy of mine is a cop and worked beach patrol on Galveston Island(before Ike). if a parent complained that a woman was topless all they could do is ask the woman to put her top on(they only did this if she was ugly though rofl). no tickets or anything.
