Cost of service plans isn't really a factor for me because my work pays for data + texting.
tbh i havent seen a single app for the iphone that is worth getting an iphone over. hell the BB natively does more than the iphone and much better.

thats pretty nice
Yeah...it would suck if they didn't. Some nights I get like 20+ text messages concerning a server's status. Most of it is pretty redundant...

Samsung M800 AKA Samsung Instinct.
I don't even bother with a data plan and I got Bell to completely disable the internet because basically everything I click on puts me on the internet. I just liked the phone and was in my price range. Great for texting with the full qwerty keyboard. Only problems I would say are when using it in the sun the glare can make it real hard to read the screen but I guess that's probably with most touch phones. This is also a complete pain in the ass to add games and ringtones through usb wire you have to like go into the file system and shit and rename stuff it sucks for that.
cbf iBomb app with saman and jim.

I have a Razr. It's the phone that fucking everyone seemed to have like 4 years ago. I've had it for 3 years and shockingly it still works fine. I have a ton of custom ringtones, which is kind of nice.
I don't really have any desire to get a really fancy phone. I might just go get a Razr 2 one of these days. If it can call and text, I'm happy.
i hated my razr...
