preface: someone brought a machine in that wouldnt boot. the error codes suggested failed video card. removed the ati video card and got same error. i figured it's the onboard. dell support agrees and send a new motherboard. replace the broken board witht he new one. same problem. talk with support again, moron sends another one out. GUESS WHAT GUIS? SAME PROBLEM!! anyway, i go back to support and mother of fuck this is what happened.
