    wut brand r u takin will?

    i used to take creatine but the brand i tried had a horrid taste and i couldnt bear it.. so i quit on it after a month or so i really dreaded drinking it...

    +u get water retention from it, mkes ur muscles feel all squishy and bloated

    i inject kilos of ATP into my self when i work out, you should try it, works out pretty good

    I refuse to eat my veggies . I'll actually eat some occasionally but not every meal, which will usually consist of some vegetable.

    Well why dont you go eat the food you don't like since you're a nutritionist and know whats best for us.

    And im not being dumb. Every vegetable i eat i dislike the flavor, so of course like any other person i wont eat it. What the smart thing is instead of ignoring all the stuff vegetables give you (glucose, vitamins, etc) I take multi-grain vitamins so i don't become unhealthy
