    I cbf having to drop $450 for my books, mainly because 80% of them were new editions so there were no used copies at all... I want to rage atm.

    my gf just got into the nursing program at my university. she has to buy 13 books and 2 course packets. average cost: $1k.

    i usually buy my books and keep the receipt. then i go on amazon and buy them for way cheaper if i can. return the books i no longer need. then at the end of the semester sell the amazon books back to the book store for a profit.

    this is what we call a "five finger discount" it's like stealing, but smarter. ownt! gj ds!
